Senior Civil Construction Management Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Construction Management Project Manager to lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, particularly in water and wastewater infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of civil construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure adherence to these plans.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Oversee quality control and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on civil infrastructure.
• Proven experience in managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
