Our client is a well-established leader in restoration services, specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage recovery. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients in the Philadelphia area.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships with property owners, contractors, and insurance adjusters.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-friendly project delivery that meets client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Provide training and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed of local market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly report on sales metrics, contribute to sales forecasting, and provide feedback on market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the restoration, construction, or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of restoration services, insurance claims, and property restoration processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge of the Philadelphia market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
