Aerospace Quality Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Aerospace Quality Inspector to join our client’s quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting aerospace parts and assemblies to ensure they meet stringent industry standards. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of aerospace quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect aerospace components and assemblies at various stages of the production process.
• Use precision measurement tools to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain calibration records for inspection equipment.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 standards and other aerospace quality regulations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
