We are seeking a dynamic MRO Sales Representative to drive business growth for our client. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the MRO industry and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in the MRO industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aerospace and defense sectors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our client’s MRO services.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed about market conditions and opportunities.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the MRO, aerospace, or related industries.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the MRO market.
