We are seeking a dedicated MRO Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to MRO services.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the MRO or aerospace industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
